SPECIFICATION LEVELS AVAILABLE INCLUDE:

COMPREHENSIVE libraries consist of a combination of SPECTEXT®, SPECTEXT® II and OUTLINE Specifications levels.

SPECTEXT® - is a detailed, full-length Sections designed to be used as a framework for writing project specifications or creating customized office masters for large projects, multiple contract work, construction management, commercial, industrial, and larger projects.

SPECTEXT® II – An abridged version of the SPECTEXT® database, SPECTEXT® II short-form Sections are designed for developing preliminary specifications and specifications for residential, light commercial, light industrial, low-rise buildings and smaller less complex projects requiring less editing than SPECTEXT® Sections.

OUTLINE Specification – OUTLINE provides an efficient method for summarizing materials and installation specs during the design phase of construction. OUTLINE may also be used to prepare specifications for smaller projects.
